I am on holiday between 22 November and 12 December. During this period I am unlikely to have internet access and I can not upload QSOs, especially the 9J2AO, Z22AO and A25AO QSOs to the LotW.  I will upload the QSOs for the OQRS claims received in this period, as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The 9J2AO, Z22AO and A25AO full logs will be uploaded to the LotW in April 2025.

I am going to close my Africa Tour and A25AO will go QRT on 14th Oct. Monday afternoon. I will open the OQRS and Log Check Request function.

I arrived to Victoria Falls International Airport, Zimbabwe, on Monday afternoon, 2nd September. Only one of my three checked in luggage's arrived.

Due to the reason which is out of my control I have to cancel the operation from Namibia. I will extend my staying at Botswana till 14 October. I am wishing good luck to the V55LA team.

I have received the LotW certificates for my Z22AO, 9J2AO, A25AO and V51/HA5AO callsigns. The QTHs are booked. The visa to Namibia is applied and hopefully will be granted soon.  All the equipment and antennas tested and packed in 3 baggages. The total weight is 92 kg, excluding my personal stuff. When I started planning my next DXpedition to Africa, I wanted to find an unique place to celebrate the 50 years anniversary of my license. I found the common border of Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia on the map.

Celebrating the 50 years anniversary of my HAM license, I will be active from four African countries in September/October 2024. The operating sites are within 40-80 km circle of the common borders of Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia. Ten days of operation can be expected from each country on CW, SSB, and FT8 from 80 m up to 6 m.  The licenses are in hand, the QTHs are booked.
