I’m pleased to announce that I will be returning to Uganda and will be active as 5X2I between 29 September and 10 October 2025. My license has been successfully renewed. The QTH is located on the shore of Lake Victoria, the same beautiful spot I operated from in 2023.
The station setup includes a Yaesu FT-710 transceiver, an Elecraft KPA 500 amplifier, and a Hustler BV6 vertical antenna. I will be active on 80 to 6 meters, on CW, with some SSB and FT8 activity as well.
Logs will be uploaded daily to Logbook of The World (LoTW).
